Greetings from Olympia, WA!

Greetings from Olympia! I retired from the Army in 1996 and have been supplementing my income as a Security Guard for Madigan Army Hospital here on Fort Lewis. I am thankful for this Federal job...but it can be stressful...and to be honest, I would love to really retire at 62...albeit, I am fearful in this topsy-turvy economy. My wife will reire in a year at 65. I hope to glean as much wisdom from all of you on this site...and promise to share what I know/learn. Metta!

welcome to the forum. Whats your financial situation look like? Have you run your numbers through Firecalc ? FIRECalc: A different kind of retirement calculator

Firecalc will help you make the tough decision of clinging to OMY syndrome (One More Year) or pulling the plug.
