Hello from Texas

Hi everyone. Just joined today and looking forward to learning about how to prepare for the "golden years." I've still got at least 10 years before I can realistically do it, but planning ahead seems like an important step from where I'm at and I'm curious about the steps and approach that others are taking. Happy to be here.

Non-Texan here, although I did live in Texas in a previous life. You’re still welcome to the forum.

Please note Texas is now a BYOG state.

Welcome, look forward to hearing more about you.
This is a great place to learn and share.

Not from Texas, but parents lived there for several years! Enjoyed our visits there, especially when a short "norther" blew in one year--ice and snow one day, sunny and warm the next!!
