Hello, new member here...

we have been seriously / aggressively planning for early retirement for about 10 years now. hope to make it at 45 (3 more years), we plan to sell our California real estate (approx. 800k to 900k in equity today) & move to our house in Oregon (currently rented, mortgage is 5.5% 30 yr. fixed) & live off of income from our apartment income, other rentals, & taxable investments until i reach 59.5 & can tap into my 401k & Ira's. i do not have a pension & will have to buy our own health insurance. we thought we were very on track until the markets fell apart this past year, but hopefully we will recover in time.
