Hi all, from Ontario

I am actually a financial consultant in the province of Ontario, but I joined this forum to discover the every day concerns and questions most individuals have when it comes to their retirement hopes and dreams...

Look forward to chatting with everyone in the forum.

For those who have realized early retirement, and those who feel they are well on their way, what is the ONE piece of advice you would share if asked how you did/do it?

Welcoje to the forum.
Best advice - always expect the unexpected, i.e. have a Plan B ready to go if Plan A goes belly up.

DIY investing isn't rocket science - you will pay more attention to and care more diligently for your own investments than will an investment adviser/financial consultant.

Welcome brian. As a fellow Canuck, you'll understand my 'bit of advice'
