Introduction

Hi, USCS (FERS) with enough time to retire in July 06. Willing to take the 10% penalty so I can go on with my life. Similar goals to another post; travel, relax, ring my own bell, teach, consult, play and goof off. I have a military retirement already under my belt and looking forward to a second and maybe a third retirement down the road? Maybe!

Welcome to the board, TB.

Re: Introduction

Similar situation here. retired E-7 AF in 87' and immediately began work with the FAA. In two years at age 60 will retire from the FAA. I can't stand my job! Wife already left FAA early, she's only clearing 800/mo. but with my 18k/yr AF retirement and approx 24k FAA retirement and approx 350k TSP we will be ok. Plus wife and I plan to take early soc sec at age 62, she is same age. I'll wok part time at something I like. Two years to go! good luck!
