Hello there folks. Just found this site a couple of days ago. I've lurked around the TMF RE board a while back and was about to join in, then they decided to charge. Too cheap to pay for the service.
This site looks like it's starting to take off. Great info. Keep it up.
I about 20 months away from ER at 53. Keeping my fingers crossed that the market doesn't deteriorate much further.
DW and I own property on a lake back east and plan to build cottage and spend some quality time with family and do some traveling.

By the way the moniker Moguls in no way reflects on my financial capabilities. My passion is downhill skiing. And for those of you not familiar with the sport, moguls are those bumps made in the snow by the wimps that insist on turning rather going straight down the hill.
