My first post

I'm trying to make my first post and it is telling me I do not have the privileges to make posts yet. What do I need to do?

Yes, originally tried to post in Early Retirement FAQs and did not bother to look to see that the $ for that forum was "greened" out.

After all, computer geeks know everything, why bother to read the directions!
