New to the site - retiring at the end of May

Hello, everyone. I am getting ready to retire after 36 years working the technology turf, and am looking forward to it.

I had discovered Firecalc years ago, and became a paying member shortly after that. I always support good projects with donations, and hope you all do as well.

I recently went back to Firecalc and updated all the numbers and assumptions, and things still look good . I saw the link to this site there, and since I will shortly be retired, thought I would join the fun.

I hope to learn and share useful information on this site and look forward to making some new cyber-friends here.
