Planing

It seems like I have been planing all my life, I made the jump into retirement 11 months ago. This was my 2rd retirement, and at 55, I exited the Rat race. So far so good, I don't miss the 10 hour work day, six days a week.

Retirement

Well,I have been staying busy, the first thing I did was to have a meeting with my self and after a few Hi five's. I set rules for my self. like not sleeping pass 7:30 am. I join a Gym and work out almost every day. I work on my house, fixing painting, what ever needs done. I also have a 2rnd home in Florida, where I now spend the winters. I spent allot of time with contractors doing improvemets to that house. 11 months later I'm pretty much done with the improvments. I'm not sure what my next step is, I would like to sell my home in the DC market, but I'm going to hold off for a couple of years until the real estate market turns around.
