Rusa hopes to retire in 2014

Just joining the forum and hoping to continue to learn from all of you. Not really "early" retirement here, being 58 and planning to retire from BigLaw next year.

Welcome! I retired from government law three years ago at age 52. There don't seem to be all that many of us lawyers who retire "early," and I can't figure out why.

There's a wealth of information here, and great folks who're willing to share their knowledge. I've learned so much. Hope your glide path to retiring next year is smooth and relatively stress-free.
