In the old days - Dixie longnecks and boiled crawfish.

Last Father's Day - us driver's drank Barq's(owned by Coke), the women went with jello shots and Daiquiris' store liquor milk shake looking things.

One guy - Bud Light. Well it was Slidell and not New Orleans.

Still??

heh heh heh - Hurricanes on Bourbon Street, Beer and Crawfish - where's the tradition? We did bring back - Winn Dixie Green Onion Sausage, Blue Runner New Orleans style red beans, soft shell crabs and some shrimp in the cooler.

I just loved the photo. I would like to have a poster of it on my wall. The fashion in bartenders has sure changed, hasn't it? I don't see one nose ring or tatt on that guy.

And did the ladies realize that Ladies' Night meant only ladies??

Ha

We did bring back - Winn Dixie Green Onion Sausage...
Unk, tell me more about this!

I recently made my own boudin blanc up here in Cowtown, Alberta. (Borrowed the equipment from my South African buds who had just had a Boervorst-making party.)

I am thinking my next batch needs chives and a little Jalapeņo with the onion greens. (Also, next time chicken liver will be substituted for the pig liver.)

Whaddaya tink?
