America's Most and Least Attractive People

I am sorry but I have a hard time taking seriously any such list that doesn't include the beach communities around LA like HaHa mentioned. Honolulu ranking seems about right, even if I am not doing my part to help the average.

Purron, yes, come to Charleston! We have a wonderful shelter here, too!
DC is gross--I did a 3 month internship there when I graduated high school. Let's just say I was the most homesick 17 year old they'd ever seen! Fled back to the bosom of the South at my earliest opportunity.
Charleston is hospitable, which may account for it being considered more attractive than the (in my guesstimate) haughty West Coast beach communities. We've got a good cross section of the wealthy and normal folks along with simply stunning scenery. Y'all visit!

Back when i was wrenching for money in an Oregon college town the beginning of the school year was amazing - lithe young lasses determined to nail their status early would lope by the shop in their most attractive "exercise gear", leading to cuts and burns as I got distracted. Within a couple months most had given it up and clothing moved toward bottom of the hamper and muffin tops revealed themselves. Think warm weather is best for keeping people actively trying to look good. Rain and cold means that layer of insulating fat feels good and doesn't show as much under the sweatshirts and parka.

I'm not sure about Charleston as whole but I have to admit that you guys have the most attractive Governor hands down.
