Anyone happen to live in lafayette park in detroit?
I have been considering buying a Mies van der Rohe condo in that neighborhood
(it's somewhere slightly beyond the "day-dream" stage at the moment)
so i thought i'd post here and see if anyone lives in that area
or has any useful thoughts on the subject.
