Anyone know about Citrus Springs, Florida?
A friend of mine owns a lot in Citrus Springs, FL. His parents bought the lot about 35 years ago and gave it to him a few years ago. An internet search shows that it's a "planned" community, but from what I can tell, it still looks very undeveloped. Looks kind of weird to me. Can anyone shed any light on this?
