Attn: JG, wherever you are:

() (TH), has been on an absolute tear in the past couple of weeks.

Unless you get back quick, and start posting, your lead is going to be history. 8)

I mentioned to Nords that I had a flicker of mischief going for a couple of weeks a while back...thought I might take away the 'crown' from the 'king'. After a few hundred nearly contentless posts I was just about ready to take my own life so I gave up. I dont know how you can do that day in and day out.

Besides, i've had that 'title' before and can have it anytime I want. All it takes is a computer and the willingness to waste yourself and everyone elses time... :p

However, I think its appropriate that we all hail the 'king'... ::)

Hmmmmmmmm.  His Postership said on 1/6 he was "gone to TX".  He posted once on the 11th, three times on the 17th and nothing since.

"Methinks he does not rest easy on the throne." --- William Shakespierre, French plumbing contractor

If he comes back, I'll be sure to place a stack of pancakes on the head in the above picture and repost it.

Hey, maybe he just ran out of things to say. Or maybe he decided he wouldnt say anything unless it was original. Or maybe the "I" key wore out on his keyboard and he couldnt post anything anymore, and he's waiting to find a new one for a dollar at a yard sale.

I kind of miss him. Theres a definite shortage of pomposity around here lately...

;)

FYI, he can only post from the library for now...

Hopefully when his social security checks start rolling in, he will be able to afford internet again. I wonder if he is "elbowing out" the kids at the library.

So you're saying he might have an I problem.

Nah, he's been around enough to know to use the 1 instead, and there's two of those on most keyboards. Then there's the lower-case "L".

So, I'm fixin' (Texas talk) to head south (again) and I say
to myself...................... "Being gone all that time there must be a thread with me
as the topic du jour". Shucks folks, I'm
speechless :) Just kidding.

I will never run out of things to say, and promise to check in from time to time
at the local library in Texas. BTW, the last time I was there, the only other
person (very small town) was a 20ish guy surfing porn sites.

We are only taking one dog with us and he craps where he pleases.

For th, aka (), aka cute fuzzy bunny, it's nice that you "kind of miss"me.
Sorry I can't say the same. Be of good cheer though because the
"pomposity" will return soon enough.

With reference to the amount of time I spend here and my post total............takes no time at all really. It's a gift. :)

Y'all behave now. I have to git.

Elvis has left the building.

JG, if you're moving South to TX, where abouts do you hail (hale?) from?

Getoutearly: JG is heading for Texas to spend some time with ReWahoo ;)

I'm sure he will verify this when he gets back, but I'm reasonably sure he mentioned that he was from the Planet Incredulous. (A few solar systems away.

I believe JG lives in north central IL part of the time and in TX part of the time.

SteveR is correct and right now I am still in Texas. Intend to be here until March, but I may get a wild hair and take off.
Lots of adventures and an unknown time to get 'em done.

Mainly for Jarhead and Cutthroat, fishing has been good.
Out 6 times so far and only "skunked" once. Boat is excellent!

Got the condo whipped into reasonable shape (the tenants
are a real PITA). It's rented out starting March 1, so I will
have to go somewhere by then. Realtor promises better
"tenant picking" for 2006. We'll see. Every time I come down
here I get the itch to buy more real estate. Too old. Too much hassle. I should be reducing what is on my plate
(a ton), not increasing it. Old habits die hard though and
Texas real estate looks real cheap to me.

BTW, first time on here in about a week and I checked at the last
50 posts. Looks like pretty boring stuff when I'm not posting
on a regular basis. :)
