Okay people...lets have some fun! Lets see your "really cool" Halloween costume for this year. For me... I'm going as "The Dude". I just got my "Art" bowling shirt delivered by the UPS guy yesterday. But I still need to get a long haired wig, (cut my hair off in the 70's). If you don't know who "The Dude" is, google it on youtube. Just be forewarned that the "F" word is used a lot in this film. And that is why I didn't copy a link....

They say, if don't dress up for halloween, people will perceive you as a boring person...or an old fart!

Last time I dressed up I wore a girl scout uniform found at Goodwill . I added my daughter's sash complete with badges , saddle shoes, knee socks and a girl scout canteen filled with wine . Great party !

Mine's easy.... Hula girl

This is mine, Steampunk pirate girl. I'm working on some yarn hair falls. We'll be carrying lots of steampunk accessories, too.
The party is a crazy, crazy all-night gig with all kinds of bands and entertainment called Skinful Halloween. This is our second year. Serious people watching!

That sounds like a great party... Rated R? The party we'll be attending is Rated PG...

Definitely Rated R. Their logo is a thong bikini on a pumpkin. Tons of live music, laser shows, burlesque, fire hoops, pole dancing, etc. End time 5am, but unlikely us old farts will last that long.

Sounds like you folks in South Carolina know how to party!!!!

I was born on Halloween. I keep threatening my wife & neighbors about wearing my birthday suit. :)

Mr. TN....
"As your attorney"...I would suggest perhaps an adult diaper and maybe a baby rattle. You could go as "Baby Huey",that way you won't offend your neighbors, plus you don't go to jail on a holiday!

The best part about this costume is all the beer you could drink, and not weary about finding a bathroom in your neighborhood. Think about it.....

1st Halloween party last night...Lady Juliet and Father Guido Sarducci.

Mr B has the Father Guido (SNL) routines down pat. He was invited to the microphone by the DJ to do a few of them. He won 2nd place in the costume contest.

 Great costumes! What did Mr B win for 2nd place? Money I hope... if so, make sure you invest that money for next years costumes!

Went to a Medieval Theme Party this year. I was a Renaissance Lady, DH was my Knight in Shining Armor (as always). :smitten:

Wow...do all "East Coast" people party for two weeks for Halloween! Looks like you all had a great time. We went to a birthday party last night at Porno Bob's place... fun party and big campfire in the backyard.

Great Sarducci!
Thanks! I passed on the compliment to Mr B. :D

Imagine a guy with a heavy Boston accent switching over to the Father Guido accent. He has it down pat! I've heard him do the routines many times and I still crack up. :ROFLMAO:

To answer the East Coaster 2 week Halloween celebration question, sometimes organizations will pick the week before to avoid conflict with other parties.
3 separate adult costume parties at 4 of the private clubs we frequent are being held on Oct 29. We will be visiting at least 2 that night, the third being optional. Demand for an appearance by Father Guido is high. :)

For myself, I never need an excuse to go out in costume. :D The Lady Juliet costume is a favorite repeat that requires no real preparation. I found it on post-Halloween clearance sale for $10 at a Big Lots years ago.

Okay, managed to find one of me, too. It was an awesome night and we had tons of fun. We don't usually go out on Halloween night, unless a party just happens to be then. Too many folks on the road. Skinful is always held the weekend before Halloween. I LOVE MY NEW BOOTS!

Sarah, Nice pic & boots...today I got the rest of my Dude costume from Halloween City. I'm ready now, but the Bunny hates her costume, which was delivered by the UPS guy today. So, she starting over....
