Could it be that these AQLIM folks have been working with the plague bug and it got out of control before they could get around to shipping it to the USA so we could enjoy all of it's benefits? Hope that the CIA etc. are on this case.

The killer bug, also known as the plague, swept through insurgents training at a forest camp in Algeria, North Africa. It came to light when security forces found a body by a roadside.

- Bubonic plague resurfaced in Algeria a few years ago, so this is very likely a natural occurrence rather than something related to nefarious activity.
