Computer Help - Can't access Providence St. Joseph Hospital Portal - Help

[Disappointed]

I am a new patient at Providence St. Joseph, trying to log into their protal to create an account through my computer at home and through my ipad but here is what it says on the screen. Using either Chrome or Edge returned the same result.

This site can’t be reached

mychartor.providence.org took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

This site can’t be reached

mychartor.providence.org’s server DNS address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

However, when I tried to access the portal through my iphone using 4G I had no problem at all. Looks like either my firewall or the antivirus (McAfee) is blocking this website though no message appeared

I tried resetting my modem/router, rebooting my PC, nothing seems to work.

Help.

Are you trying: https://mychartor.providence.org/mychart/

Note the htttps: portion.

if the cache thing does not work, try the IP address (which is what your DNS message is about).

You many need to add an exception for their badly configured security certificate, (don't make it a permanent exception unless you get tired of adding it).

Both ways worked for me.

I just connected with Chrome on my Chromebook with no trouble.

Sunset, not working for me, on my iPad it shows "server stopped responding".

It must be my McAfee or Windows security blocking this site.
