I just discovered this Concert Archives.org site the other day, and think it's fantastic.
You can create a free account, adjust your personal page settings, and add concerts already in the database to the list of shows that you attended. You can add comments, images (such as your ticket stub that you saved all these years) and/or videos to any show. If the show isn't there, you can create one to add to the database.
It includes mostly just musical acts, but it seems to allow for stand-up comedians too--maybe because comedians were the opening act to many music concerts back in the day.
