Corruption Solution
Considering the strong feelings expressed in another China thread I'm wondering if there is anyone here who thinks that this attempt at solving the problem will be effective. Does the USA need to emulate this approach?

I think we would never put up with all the bloodshed. Maybe we could start it in Texas and then see if it catches on. I know I have my nominees already.
