Costco Feedback Button never works for me

If you click around, you can find instructions on how to use the Feedback button. I've tried it from time to time over the past three-plus years. Sometimes I just want to tell them about a great product they should consider carrying.

The button never works.

Have tried different browsers.

Does it work for you?

I need a Feedback Button to complain about the Costco Feedback Button.

I am not a member but I see a few ways to communicate (Contact Us, Chat, Feedback). When I click the feedback button on the right side, I get a choice between warehouse or website. If I choose warehouse a survey window opens. If I choose website it reopens the home page (no feedback survey). I guess I would try the chat feature.
