A home foreclosure is a serious ding, as are late payments on a primary residence mortgage. Dunno how long it takes for that kind of scar to heal, but I would imagine that there are usually other serious credit issues that don't immediately go away after you get foreclosed on.

Thanks brewer... that's pretty much what I figured.* I wanted to strangle to the folks it happend to, for not asking for help before it was too late.* But what's done is done.* Still totally sucks, though.
