Oh, that's what they meant by customer oriented in those Fidelity job postings, and I thought it was about service and financial literacy.

Unlike Gotadimple, I would recommend that you get her fired. Then you can let her manage your "private" portfolio.

I did notice that Fidelity's job postings have dwindled by quite a bit. It used to be that I would have trouble just surfing through all the job postings in MA alone if I didn't set more specific search criteria. Now even with a general search, I'm generating only a couple of pages of jobs.
