Florida retirement input

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge with a retirement community south of Orlando/Kissimmee built by Avatar called Solivita? Would like to have some feedback if possible from current or past homeowners. Thanks.

No idea about anything else but they did use a very sleazy trick to get an arbitration clause into the sales contract They put it into a warranty that was only referenced not attached to the sales agreement . Not may people would know to look in a referenced "warranty" for the arbitration clause that screws them out of rights on the house purchase.
Not the kind of company I'd do business with but YMMV for the opinion go to:

I don't live in Solivita , but do live in an adult community on the same road about 10 minutes south of it. Driving past it on Hwy 27, Solivita looks lovely......but that's the full extent of my knowledge. I live in Ridgewood Lakes which is a gated golf community with five sub-divisions in it, two of which are over 55 communities. Del Webb is the developer/builder of the one that still has available building sites. The entire Ridgewood Lakes area is lovely with lakes, fountains, and a southwestern motif design surrounding the golf course.

Anyway...just wanted to mention a possible other option right the same area as Solivita.
Although I am sure that some people have had issues with Del Webb, all I can say is that I haven't heard them.
