Tadalafil
My DR has me on 5 mg of generic Cialis (Tadalafil) 1x a day in the AM. It works beautifully all day, any time. I buy it overseas for around $36 for 90 pills. [mod edit] It takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery, so plan accordingly. Hope it helps someone. I have done this four times with this company successfully.

I have radiation induced ED from the treatment of prostate cancer, tried Viagra,
no joy. Switched to generic Cialis (Tadalafil) 5mg daily. Much better but not perfect. Insurance pays hardly anything so an overseas pharmacy is my go to source. Will divulge source via PM.
