Four Questions about Money for your future Spouse

I thought this was interesting. Obvious to someone my age, but not necessarily obvious to every pair of young lovebirds.

I read the article with great interest.
dh2b and I are young (49 and 51 respectively ), lovebirds , and planning to get married in less than 4 years when I turn 55.
We've actually already talked about all 4 areas the article lists as Ancestry, Credit, Control, Affluence. We got everything nailed down except the Affluence part.
I have a bigger head start on that, but he is making the right moves and will catch up by the time he retires.
With a cheapskate like me running the money tree, how can he lose?
