Got this earlier today...apparently the paragraph below helps it slip past spambots...and gives you some easy guidance towards your interpretation of the judicial results!

He's talking about the funny bit of text at the bottom with the email.  Spam filters work by examining the text for patterns such "enlarge your penis", "make money fast", "buy viagra" or similar phrases and misspellings.  However, to make sure that they don't block real email the filters also look for real text or something that appears to be real text.  This has lead to an "arms" race between spammers and spam-filter makers with each trying to outguess the other.  It's amusing in a way.
