Gore crusades for all/Tenn Honors Gore

There is an interesting article "Gore crusades for all" in the Daily Evergreen.
The Daily Evergreen Online - Opinion - Columns

The Tennesse House passed a resolution honoring the GREAT Al Gore and his efforts to curb global warming.
House passes resolution to honor Gore's efforts : State and Regional News : Knoxville News Sentinel

First the GREAT Al Gore was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize and now the Tennesse House passed a resolution to honor him and his efforts to curb global warming. They will also honor the GREAT Ronald Reagan.

Hey, he might not be the perfect role model but at least give the poor devil his due the man has managed to bring world wide attention to the issue of Global Warming.

Scorecard
Al Gore - 2 (winning the Nobel Peace Prize & bringing the Global Warming issue to the world's attention)
Old George W - minus 3 (the Iraqi War, failure to bring to justice Mr. Bin Laden, a day late and a dollar short on the Middle East Peace Process).

Before anyone gets on their high horse - Listen to the song by Dwight Yoakam & Buck Owens "
The Streets Of Bakersfield"

GOD BLESS

Yes, thank the lord for old algore. If it weren't for him inventing the internet, we wouldn't have this great forum! The earth has warmed and cooled cyclically throughout it's existence. No crisis, and not likely man can do anything to alter the current state of events.

I watched a show on the Discovery Channel concerning weather cycles and the scientist on this show indicated we should be fearing future ice ages, not global warming. Now I have no idea who is right but I doubt Al Gore knows any more about this subject than the rest of us. He has jumped on the global warming band wagon and is just regeritating their beliefs.

If you google future ice ages, you will find many articles on the subject. Here is one.

If Al Gore simply lived what he preached - then maybe - and I say - maybe might gain a little credibility. And I don't say this lightlly - ask someone who knows -

For now - in my mind - he remains in the same category as Michael Moore.

BTW - will he endorse Hillary anytime soon? My guess he waits until it the winner is all but declared - then he will grace us with an endorsement.
