I got a supplement at CVS yesterday that has a flip top, looks good. It was COQ10, so I guess I'll have to try it.

This will seem odd, but look at Avent baby/toddler items, try something like this:
Amazon.com: Philips AVENT Formula BPA-Free Dispenser/Snack Cup: Baby
Another idea is to take an Avent baby bottle, cut the silicone top to fit and make it a shaker type container. Nice thing is these bottles are wide and should fit a water bottle type container.

Does that diaper make your Spandex shorts look big?

Nothing more required than a simple water bottle (dried of course, before filling, with peanuts).
You can just "shake" and give you a few nuts along the way....
Tie it to your bike (with a bit of twine, or a wire holder) and U R good to go...

I know, I know!
First, adapt your bike helmet like so: Water-Bottle Hat
Then make a nut puree. Insert in bottles. Suck while pedalling.
Then you don't have the danger of choking on your nuts, and you don't need your teeth!

Let me know if they work out for you.

You simply cannot let these softballs go. Should have been a reference to guzzling his nuts on the road.

Thanks for the serious suggestions. I'll try some of the recipes. The prescription bottle idea is good and if I can find something with a fliptop, it will fit the bill. I think I've seen a m&m tube thing like that.

If you find a good fliptop bottle, perhaps you could attach a string to it so you can hang it around your neck and have easy access to your nuts...

Sounds great.
As an aside, CoQ10 is very good for you. Our levels peak at about age 20 and we are mostly deficient by age 40. It works at the mitochondrial level and is good for many things -- heart, gums, blood pressure reduction, migraines, possibly cancer prevention, etc.
My sister was able to reverse a severe case of periodontal disease (her dentist was recommending extracting all her teeth!) using CoQ10.

We'll see. I'm measuring my blood pressure each morning after getting up, and I'll see if there are any changes as I go through the 80 pills (one per day). So far, no effect at all.

T-Al,
How many mg are you taking? Daily dosage needs to be in the 150 mg -300 mg range.
