Sure that's what the Marshal Island government may be reporting - but maybe that's just our government manipulating their dispatches. Or maybe the Marshall Island government planted the legal cocaine story. Or maybe they have to SAY they are shocked, shocked I tell you that such a thing could be reported, (but it's really snowing heavily there).
