Looking for the Percent Calculator

Looking for the Percent Calculator that is used from a lot of the people here. You enter the start balance and then number of month's and then end balance. Results in the percent of gains or loses.

If anyone could give me that link I would appreciate it very much. I lost some favorites today and I really would like to have that one back.
