McAfee and Windows 10 update

Friend of mine is running Windows 10 on a Dell all in one. The last update, I think June 1, prevented her from being able to get to the Internet. It recognized the router, said there was Internet Access, but would not load pages. I went through all Windows fixes and nothing worked. She called a repair guy and the results was that McAfee was keeping it from working. He removed McAfee and it worked. I had tried, wireless, hard wire, alternate wifi. nothing worked. Changed DNS, nope.

Anyway, if this hits you, you might try removing your antivirus.

My guess it was probably the firewall with McAfee.
