Love the Jeff Buckley tune. Was not familiar with his work, but he looks and sounds a lot like a favorite artist from the early 70s, Tim Buckley. Is Jeff possibly Tim's son? Beethoven's 9th is another favorite of mine.

The music on this thread has moved me to tears! WOW.

BbbamI, I either never knew or had forgotten the playing of the American National Anthem at Buckingham Palace on 9/11. That is the one that got me really bawling. Thanks for that.

And Gumby, what an amazing piece.

FIREdreamer, that's a great rendition of a classic that is so stirring.

I am still torn as to what I could add that would contribute to this already wonderful thread.
