That being the case - I'd approach this as guiding her in the right direction. Focus on where her knowledge and experience provides her with the best opportunity. You could add how the area she asked you to submit the CV is a high pressure place - she might get the message it isn't the right place for her.

That is so funny, Nords! I've given glowing recommendations for people that I hoped to be forever out of my hair. Sure, she was a hard worker, you bet, wish we weren't downsizing or we'd have held on to her.
