? Just looks another way to convert H2 to heat for use in generating electricity. Where does the H2 come from? From natural gas or very wasteful hydrolysis--using electricity produced using other means. So, no significant new energy, no reduction in greenhouse gasses.

Um. The 'technology' depends on somehow forcing a hydrogen atom to enter an energy level below its ground state. They refer to this wonderous new form of matter as hydrino gas.
