News Article on Distracted Driving Includes Distracted Driving

I've seen this multiple times. A news reporter will talk about how dangerous distracted driving is, even if using a hands-free device, and then proceed to film the segment while driving (Starts at 0:58).

Is the irony totally lost on them?

I didn't see a comment section for that item. I bet the irony would not be lost on the commenters!

At first, I thought they were using this as an example of distracted driving, but no, she was just reporting from the driver's seat. Like we wouldn't understand otherwise?

What's that saying? Do as they say but not as they do. Or something like that.

Similar to like the old days when a dad catches is son smoking so does some discipline. Then to relax from the stress the dad puffs on some Lucky Strikes
Have you ever seen a headstone with these words
"If only I had spent more time at work" ... from "Busy Man" sung by Billy Ray Cyrus
