It appears OAP took offense... http://early-retirement.org/forums/i...0503#msg150503 ...to having one of his posts moderated.

Re: OldAgePensioner

Well I just read his blog. He got some bad results from his latest test. See below.

Monday July 31, 2006

Well, it arrived. The day on which so much hinged. And I waited for my 3:30 apt with a bit of dread.

Just before leaving to catch the bus my brother called and the family situation is getting unbelieveable. Turns out one of the siblings robbing my mother has had a huge brokerage account of his own for years while taking money from her. They caught him red handed. Opened his mail. Should get ugly. Oh well, took my mind off my own problems for a moment.

Caught the bus from Sutter and about halfway to the hospital it turned. Ooops, wrong bus. Got off and walked the last mile. Hmmmm, how phrophetic it would turn out to be.

Doctor decides a Nurse Practioner should go over my recent tests, he will join at the end. She was very nice, pretty, and knowledgeable. Here's the dirt:

1. Found 2 calcified granulomas in upper left lung lobe.
2. Found 2 masses in the lower right lobe of right lung, need watching.
3. Found 2 masses in liver, one appears to be a cyst and other needs watching.
4. Found 2.1 cm mass in lower lobe of the kidney with the original 2.1 cm cancer.
5. Found lowest rib on right side had irregularities, may be damaged by operation.

Doctor joins and they discuss plan.

1. Immediate MRI and ultrasound of kidney.
2. Referred to skin cancer specialist for possible small melanoma on chest.
3. Schedule periodic CT scans (3 months for 1st 2 years and 4 months during 3rd year.)

Didn't catch the bus straight home, just walked around the hospital blocks about 4 times, then hit the bus. Got off at Union Square and got a big beef hotday from a sidewalk cart. Bout 5 PM. Tequila time

Re: OldAgePensioner

Best left to the young - memory says those Alabama and Mississippi women could get pretty wild when they come to New Orleans.

Ever the optimist - perhaps OP has suceeded in his blog stated quest for that 'kinky Asian girl' and is to occupied to post.

San Fran, Huntsville, Gulfport/Biloxi - enjoyed them all.

Although at 102 here once again - San Fran would be the summer choice.

heh heh heh heh - riverwalk in San Antonio wasn't bad either - but not in summer.
