I just answered a phone survey concerning my use of liquid fabric softeners/dryer sheets. Told her I didn't use either and she said 'thank you for your time'.

I'm a data point somewhere in a large computer.

That was us. We do random surveys of ER's to see if anyone is making excessive use of dryer sheets.
