Before or after we ate it?
Sorry, it's all put away in the frig and freezer. I have the turkey carcass in the crockpot making some good old fashioned broth for soups and gravies later. All the meat that cooks off the carcass will be turned into turkey salad. Yummy!

Ah, too late. I had two turkeys, one in the oven and one smoked but they are gone now that I see this thread.

Here are my Thanksgiving food pictures:
honey baked ham (sorry Porky!) served with roasted potatoes and green beans, and chocolate pecan pie served with a dollop of whipped cream.

Boy, does all that look good! Missed that today. The only thing I had that resembled anything in that picture was the glass of wine.

I was at the Salvation Army today help feed the homeless. Their cooks did a great job : turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, yams, etc and pies. I did not take pictures either.

Here is the bones, meat and broth from the turkey carcass soup I cooked all night on LOW in the crockpot. The aroma was fabulous.
I picked out the meat and am saving it for homemade turkey pot pie. The broth will end up in other soups and/or gravy for the leftover larger pieces of meat already in the freezer.

Salad fixin's. Lately I've been making salad this way when we have guests. The lettuce is in another bowl. Then people can pick what they like.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who likes raw mushrooms in my salad.
