Pre Paid Credit Card/ Gas Card or Credit Card

I want to offer some employees a gas card as part of annual raises - but i want to limit the $ and not deal with accounting...

Any recommendations at prepaid credit cards that wont take a big% for convenience , credit cards w/no annual fees but a web administered cap limit or another simple way to make it happen?

Thanks!

If you were audited and if it was discovered it was in lue of a raise it would be considered taxable income and all associated employer/ee taxes would be due.

We use this outfit for sales contests. Contestants earn $ which is credited to a pre-paid card. They handle all the accounting and issue 1099's if necessary.

Yes, there are rules that we have to follow. We can only give a single purpose gift card (for a restaurant, movie theater or gas). We can't give more than a certain amount in a year and so on.
