PSA: $1000 coupon scam

Just received a (phone) text stating I won a $1000 coupon from WalMart, just click on the link on the text. Since I'm a firm believer in 'if it sounds to good to be true...' and DW forbids shopping at WalMart, I deleted the text. Then I checked the web and sure enough it's a phishing scam. Scambook Case Study: $1000 Walmart Gift Card Scam - Scambook

Just a heads up, beware!

My friend received a similar text for Best Buy, also a confirmed scam. She checked with Best Buy.
