Putting DVD concerts on hard drive

Hey Everyone,
Are there any programs out there, that allow you to rip DVD concerts on to your hard drive?
Is it legal to do that?
Ultimately, I wanted to be able to create a concert playlist by choosing a song or two from each DVD on the hard drive. And then playing the playlist with one-click of the mouse.

DVD Decrypter still works well, although some newer stuff might need something like DVD Fab or HD Decrypter. Never bothered to put it in some kind of playlist, I just use my DVD player with wireless internet to select a movie from a networked hard drive and watch it on TV.
