Rachel's brother, I guess
I'm in trouble. Just got a voicemail message that I need to call the IRS immediately due to my tax fraud. I'll be politically correct and not be specific, but the guy had an identifiable accent.
I have a scam phone blocker but this one got through.

But Rachel's brother from the IRS had no problem with snow in Hyderabad.
