Ah, bush meat.

Thanks, Nemo. I like the captions, but I thought this one needed a new caption:

What a beautiful baby boy, Noah--and what a darling name. You are just smitten with him, aren't you!

Very nice!

We do that with grandnieces. Spoil 'em rotten and then hand them back.

Looking through some old files, I found my drivers license. Kinda recent, depending on what scale one uses.

Austin, 1980. Did you take some flack for having your hair that short?

Well, but look at that long mustache! That probably made up for the hair....

Michael, you made it to Texas a few years before 1984, when I first moved there.

Hmmm. That was mid-70's. My hair was longer those days, not sure why it is shorter in this picture. There's no date, so ould be I was recently married, or just back from summer work.

They used to say that at work. The mustache is pretty bad, thought, isn't it?

Our paths could have crossed - you were in Aggieland and I was in Longhornland, only 100 miles or so apart.

Funny. This picture dates to back when airline security was just beginning, and consisted mostly of security types eyeballing the passengers as we queued to board, selecting a few for questions and screening of carry-ons. I was always selected and didn't understand why. Looking at that photo now, a little easier to see why...
