He work as Artie in Larry Sanders was classic. Some of the folks that worked for me thought that my leadership style was like Artie's. I was never sure if that was a compliment or not, LOL!

My favorite Rip Torn scene - actually, I like it even better when Will Smith imitates the moment, but I couldn't find it.
