SeaMonkey 1 (FireFox/ThunderBird Suite)

I just switched from NetScape 7.2 to The New Mozilla Suite (That NetScape Originally Was Based on) and it is working great. IMHO fireFox and T'Bird are a lot more user friendly and secure than MS's equivalents. Anyone Else using them?

Yup, I use FireFox at home and work, and Thunderbird at home. I hadn't been paying attention and didn't know they were in the suite; the suite used to be a different product (albeit with largely overlapping codebase).

Re: SeaMonkey 1 (FireFox/ThunderBird Suite)

Been using Mozilla and/or Firefox for a long time. Although, every now and then I still have to pop over to IE for a web page over-designed by a feature junkie.

Tabbed browsing rocks! It also allows you to bookmark a group of tabs, e.g. you can click on one bookmark and all the web sites you visit daily are opened simultaneously in multiple tabs.

That said, I'm not sure SeaMonkey is ready for prime time. It didn't recognize any of my existing plug-ins, and none of the plug-ins I downloaded seemed to recognize SeaMonkey. So I went back to Mozilla/Firefox.

Anybody else tried SeaMonkey?

My insurance company still doesnt work right with firefox. I click on some buttons and see a javascript() thing in the lower left corner, but nothing happens. Works fine with IE. My bank and vanguard, after upgrades, appear to work spottily with firefox but they fix it eventually.
