Something I'm really looking forward to...

Wonder if the numbers would be the same here in the US...

Most parents would change their shopping location if the new location didnt have candy sitting next to the checkout counters.

Little sailor is too small yet, but I'm suspecting this will start next year.
I'm waiting for resurrection of good online groceries in Atlanta metro area.
We used to have WebVan here and the prices were competitive with brick-and-mortar stores, but they went belly up.
Maybe peapod or safeway will come here?

Well Bunny, you just need to do what I do.* While waiting to check out,* google at the magazines with the hot girls on the cover.* It will take your mind off the snickers

Besides the hot chick mags, you can read the national enquirer, et al.

The worlds been about to imminently end at least 40 times in the last few years (I suppose eventually they'll be correct), the bat-boy has fatherer more children than most men can imagine, and aliens are now mass airlifting cows and other interested species into low orbit at an alarming rate.

Based on this, I imagine Mcdonalds considered forming a private army to protect the cows and had contacted the bat-boy for recruiting purposes, but decided to not bother due to the impending end of the world.

I tend to choose a counter that has the last minute items, such as nail lippers, batteries, comb, sponge, etc. I also pick a line that's go smoothly and fast. While in line, I do scan the headlines of trivia magazines, e.g., People....
