Those 10 things could also apply if you were bone lazy! I try not to hire people like that, and once I hire the right people, I keep them busy with projects that meet our goals and theirs.

This first one almost describes me. Friday night and Saturday morning are OK, but come Saturday evening I'm looking at my watch dreading how close it's getting to Monday.
