Day 1: Let me go buy some solar panels and put them in my back yard.

If memory serves, that law was passed when some of the first solar hot water panels were installed, then some company built a tall building that shaded the panels. Who knew then that solar electric would become viable?
I heard the call to do nothing. So I answered it.
