I recall when I was a kid, we had a "touch tone" capable phone, but didn't pay for that upgrade, so the touch tone phone had pulse dialing switch that you could hear tick as it completed the numbers. My how times have changed.

I know how to start and drive a model T. my father had a 1917 model T touring car he restored. I had to get it back to running condition to help my mother sell it. As crude as a model T is nowadays, they were substantial improvement over a horse and buggy.

Even though I knew how to use a choke from starting mowers, I was still a bit confused in starting my friends '77 Corolla with a manual choke. Mostly because I didn't realize it had one.

I do. I also can hook up a horse to a carriage.

I worked for a year in NYC's Central Park as a carriage driver. I had to have a Taxi-Driver's License and mine was signed by a Famous Person who won a beauty contest.

I grew up 60 miles north of the city in the country. After a while a family moved next door (1/4 mile) who owned half the horse carriages in the park. I went to school with their son and thus a new education began...

My new (Millennial) tenants at my 1970 rental property pointed to the telephone wall jack in the kitchen and assumed it was an Ethernet port. I had to explain.

Ethernet port? For what? Not wires I hope. Those are so 2014.
